Production time counts from approval, not from your first message. The 1–3 days is cutting and finishing. If a design goes through several rounds of changes, that time sits before the clock starts — which is why sending the exact wording up front is the single biggest thing you can do to get it faster.

What we can and can’t do

Yes, comfortably

Any Indian language — Kannada, Hindi, Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, Marathi, Bengali, Gujarati, Odia, Punjabi, Urdu, Sanskrit and English, fully or bilingually on the same board. We are in Dakshina Kannada, so Kannada is proofread in-house.
Any size within the sheet — larger pieces are cut in matched sections and joined so the seam does not read from a normal viewing distance.
A choice of thickness — acrylic in 2, 3, 4, 5, 8 and 10 mm, and PVC in 5, 8, 10, 12 and 18 mm. 3 mm acrylic is the standard for name plates, number plates and cabin signage; thicker sheet is used where a piece has to stand on its own or carry a raised layer. Tell us the thickness you want, or describe where it is going and we will recommend one.
Your own design — send a sketch, a photo or a vector file and we will cut from it.
Logos — engraved, layered or printed depending on the material. Vector is ideal; a clean high-resolution PNG usually works.
Backlit and LED name plates and letter boxes, on selected acrylic builds.

Where we will push back

Very fine detail at small size. Thin sections have to survive cutting and stay legible. If your design needs thickening, you will see the adjusted version in the mockup — we will not change it quietly and hope you miss it.
Exact colour matching. Acrylic and PVC come in fixed shades. We will tell you the closest available rather than promise a match we cannot hit.
Copyrighted or licensed artwork. We do not reproduce brand characters or artwork you do not own the rights to.
Impossible deadlines. If your date cannot be met honestly, we say so on the first message instead of accepting the order and disappointing you later.

What actually drives the price: overall size, material and thickness, how many layers the design stacks, whether it is lit, the mounting method, and quantity. Two plates the same size can differ a lot if one is single-layer acrylic and the other is a three-layer mirror build. Send the size and we will give you a firm number — the mockup and quote cost nothing.

Questions customers actually ask

Do I have to pay to see a design first?

No. The design mockup is free and usually reaches you on WhatsApp within two to four hours. You pay only after you have seen it and decided to go ahead.

How many changes can I ask for?

Three rounds of revisions are free before you confirm the order. Once you have confirmed and paid the advance, revisions are unlimited until the design is right.

Can I order just one piece?

Yes, on name plates, number plates, sign boards, wall art and wall clocks. Trophies and mementos need five pieces because the design setup is shared across the run. PVC is measured rather than counted: 16 sq ft for gable jaali, 8 sq ft for jaali panels and 16 running feet for roof borders.

How long does it take?

One to three working days of production, depending on the product and how much customisation it carries. That clock starts when you approve the mockup, not when you first message us.

How does payment work?

Fifty percent advance to start production, and the balance before dispatch. We share photos of the finished piece before it ships.

Can you make it in Kannada or another language?

Yes. Kannada, Hindi, Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, Marathi, Bengali, Gujarati, Odia, Punjabi, Urdu, Sanskrit and English, fully or bilingually on the same board. Kannada is proofread in-house. For other scripts, send the wording exactly as you want it typed and check it letter by letter on the mockup.

What if the spelling is wrong when it arrives?

If it differs from the mockup you approved, we remake it at our cost. If the wrong spelling was in the approved mockup, we remake it at material cost. That is exactly why the approval step exists — read it slowly.

I do not know what size I need.

Send a photo of the wall, door, gate or gable with any rough measurement you have, and we will work out a proportionate size and show it to you in the mockup. For PVC, the measurement guide walks through it step by step.

Do you deliver outside Karnataka?

Yes, across India. Everything is packed for transit and tracking is shared on WhatsApp the day it is dispatched.
