01Two seasons, three weeks apart

Most suppliers only plan for Diwali. In Karnataka that is three weeks too late.

Ayudha Pooja falls on Monday 19 October and Vijayadashami on Tuesday 20 October — a full nineteen days before Diwali. For factories, workshops, garages, showrooms and offices across Karnataka and Tamil Nadu, that is the bigger day. Tools, machines, vehicles and equipment are cleaned, decorated and worshipped, and the premises are made to look their best.

Vijayadashami is also the traditional day to begin something new. New shops open, new offices are inaugurated, new ventures are launched. Which means new sign boards and name boards need to be up on the wall before the puja, not ordered after it.

The date that actually matters is mid-September. If a board has to be installed before 19 October, the enquiry needs to reach us around 15 September — leaving time to quote, design, get your approval, produce, ship and install. Wait until October and we will be honest with you about what is still possible, but the choice will be narrower.

Gifts and recognition for workers and staff

Many workshops and small industries mark Ayudha Pooja by giving something to the team. Personalised desk pieces, mementos and small awards work well here, and can carry the company name and the year.

Custom engraved certificates are worth considering in place of printed paper ones. Laser-engraved on acrylic or wood, they carry your logo, the recipient’s name and the occasion, and they last — a paper certificate ends up in a drawer, an engraved one goes on a wall. Common uses are long service, safety milestones, best performer, apprenticeship or training completion, and recognising workers who have been with the unit for years.

03Diwali — 8 November

Corporate gifting for employees, clients and dealers.

Diwali gifting is a separate budget and a separate decision, usually made by HR or admin rather than the person who ordered your signage. Orders are typically placed six to eight weeks ahead, because personalised pieces need design time before production time.

The most common delay is not production — it is the name list. If pieces carry individual names, agree that list internally before you order.

04Personalisation with your brand

Every item on this page can carry your company identity.

Company logo — laser-engraved or printed depending on material and finish. Vector files are ideal; a good PNG usually works.
Brand name and tagline — set in a font matching your identity where the material allows.
Individual names — recipient name, designation, department, date or a short message on each piece.
Brand colours — available on selected materials; we confirm what is achievable before you commit.

Very fine logo detail sometimes needs adjusting so thin sections survive cutting and stay legible at gift size. If that applies to yours, you will see the adjusted version in the proof — we will not change it quietly.

06Common questions

Can you install the board, or only supply it?

Most of our boards ship with strong 3M tape for screw-free fitting on any clean, smooth surface, and customers install them themselves. For large outdoor boards or gate-mounted work, tell us the location and we will advise on fixing.

Is there a minimum order quantity for gifting?

No fixed minimum, but personalised work is more economical in quantity because design setup is shared across the order.

Can we mix different gifts in one order?

Yes. Many companies use a higher-value piece for clients and senior staff and a simpler one for the wider team — one order, one proof round, one delivery.

Can you make engraved certificates instead of printed ones?

Yes. We laser-engrave certificates on acrylic or wood with your logo, the recipient’s name, the award title and the date. They suit long service, safety records, best performer, training completion and apprenticeship awards. Send the wording and the name list and we will lay it out and send a proof. Individual names on each piece are no problem.

Do you provide a GST invoice?

Yes. Send your company name, address and GSTIN with the order.

Can you deliver to multiple offices or plants?

Yes. Send the split by location and we will pack and label accordingly. Flag it at enquiry stage — it affects both packing and timeline.

Can boards and gifts be in Kannada?

Yes. We work in Kannada and English, fully or bilingually, and we are based in Dakshina Kannada so the script is checked by people who read it.

What if a name is spelled wrong?

If we made the error against the approved proof, we remake the piece. That is why the proof stage matters — check every name and designation before approving.
