7-Day Return Window

We offer a 7-day return/replacement policy from the date of delivery for eligible products. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate.

Eligible for Return / Replacement

• Damaged or broken products received
• Wrong item delivered (not matching your order)
• Manufacturing defects or poor print/cut quality

Not Eligible for Return

• Customised or personalised products (name boards, custom designs) — unless damaged or defective
• Products damaged due to improper installation or handling by the customer
• Change of mind after production has started

Refund Process

1. Contact us within 7 days with photos of the issue via WhatsApp (+91 97410 45275) or email (shop@brightnwall.in)
2. Our team will review within 24–48 hours
3. Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method

Exchanges

We are happy to replace damaged or defective items at no extra cost. Replacement dispatch happens within 3–5 business days of approval.
