Processing & Delivery Time

All products are made-to-order. We deliver across India within 3–5 business days of order confirmation. You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched.

Shipping Partners

We ship via trusted courier partners including Shiprocket, DTDC, Delhivery, and India Post depending on your pincode for fastest delivery.

Order Tracking

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp/SMS/email. Track your order on our Track Order page.

Packaging

All products are packed with bubble wrap, foam padding, and cardboard reinforcement for safe delivery. Extra care is taken for fragile acrylic and mirror MDF pieces.

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and product immediately and contact us within 24 hours. We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

Lost or Delayed in Transit

If your shipment is delayed well beyond the estimated delivery time, or is confirmed lost in transit, contact us and we will coordinate with the courier to trace the package. If it cannot be located, we will reship your order or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.
