PVC is priced by thickness, not by piece. Jaali panels start at ₹135 per sq ft with an 8 sq ft minimum; gable jaali runs ₹220 to ₹340 per sq ft by thickness with a 16 sq ft minimum; roof borders are ₹150 to ₹210 per running foot with a 16 running foot minimum. Freight on oversized PVC is quoted separately on packed size and destination. Work out your area first with the PVC measurement guide and send the figure with your enquiry.

Acrylic sheet is available in 2, 3, 4, 5, 8 and 10 mm. 3 mm is the standard for name plates, number plates and cabin signage. Thicker sheet is used where a piece has to stand on its own or carry a raised layer. Tell us the thickness you want, or describe the application and we will recommend one.

Corporate gifting by budget

For Diwali, Ayudha Pooja, annual day and long-service programmes. Tell us your per-recipient budget and headcount — we will send options in that band rather than making you price products one by one.

Ordering for Diwali or Ayudha Pooja 2026? Confirm by early September. Gifting runs need six to eight weeks once the name list and logo are approved, and the workshop fills up from late September onward.

The usual delay is never the machine — it is the name list. If each piece carries an individual name or designation, settle that list internally before you approve the proof. Changes after approval restart production for the affected pieces.

What we can apply

Company logo — laser-engraved, layered or printed depending on material. Vector files are ideal; a clean high-resolution PNG usually works.
Individual names — recipient, designation, department, date or a short message, different on every piece at no extra setup.
Brand colours — available on selected acrylics, ACP and printed finishes. We confirm what is achievable before you commit, not after.
Any Indian language — Kannada, Hindi, Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, Marathi, Bengali, Gujarati, Odia, Punjabi, Urdu, Sanskrit and English, fully or bilingually, on the same board. We are in Dakshina Kannada, so Kannada is proofread in-house; for other scripts send the wording exactly as you want it typed and check it letter by letter on the proof.
Packing — bulk cartons for site delivery, or individually boxed if the pieces are being handed out.

Where we will push back

Very fine logo detail sometimes has to be thickened so thin sections survive cutting and stay legible at gift size. If that applies to yours, you will see the adjusted version in the proof — we will not change it quietly and hope you miss it.

Questions buyers actually ask

What is the real minimum order?

Ten pieces for boards and plates, twenty-five for gifting and awards where design setup is shared across the run. PVC is measured rather than counted, so there is no piece minimum — send the square footage or running feet.

Can we see one before committing to the full quantity?

Yes. We produce a single sample at unit price plus freight. If you then place the bulk order within thirty days, the sample cost is adjusted against the invoice.

Do you give a GST invoice?

Yes, on every order. Send your company name, registered address and GSTIN along with the purchase order or approval.

Can you deliver to several branches or sites?

Yes. Send the split by location with the enquiry, not after the quote — it affects both packing and cost. Each carton is labelled by destination.

Can you install, or only supply?

Most boards ship with strong 3M tape for screw-free fitting on a clean, smooth surface, and site teams install them without us. For large outdoor boards, gate-mounted work or full elevation PVC, tell us the location and we will advise on fixing and whether local installation is worth arranging.

What if a name is spelled wrong?

If the error is ours against the approved proof, we remake the piece at our cost. If the wrong spelling was in the approved proof, we remake it at material cost. That is exactly why the proof stage exists.

Can quantity change after we have quoted?

Before production starts, yes — the unit rate is recalculated against the revised band. Once cutting has begun the quantity is fixed, though additional pieces can run as a second batch on the same artwork.

How far ahead should we order for Diwali or Ayudha Pooja?

Six to eight weeks for gifting, and earlier for signage that has to be up before the puja. The festive season guide has the working-back dates for 2026.

Do you supply to other décor businesses?

Yes. Interior studios, gifting agencies and signage firms buy from us on trade terms, unbranded and packed for onward supply. Ask about a rate card.
