Before You Approve

• Confirm the final overall dimensions against the intended wall, door or gate.
• Review the product-specific material and colour; screen and lighting conditions can cause small visual differences.
• Production follows the approved preview, so request changes before approval.

Installation

Use the mounting method stated in this product’s specifications. Pre-applied 3M tape is intended for clean, smooth, dry and dust-free surfaces; rough, damp, powdery or highly textured surfaces may need another fixing method. Heavy or exterior installations may require screws, spacers or professional fitting.

Care & Delivery

• Clean gently with a soft microfiber cloth; avoid abrasives and strong chemicals.
• Handle thin cut-outs, mirror finishes and layered details carefully.
• Custom products are securely packed and shipped across India.
• Dispatch is 2-3 working days after design approval, depending on order and quantity; Saturday counts as a working day. Delivery is 1-2 days to Bengaluru and Kochi and 3-4 days to Delhi.

Outdoor Use — Common Questions

Is this name plate suitable for outdoor use, rain and direct sunlight?
Acrylic, mirror acrylic, ACP and HPL plates are made for exterior use — UV-stable, rust-free and unaffected by rain. Brushed ABS and wooden-finish plates are intended for doors, lobbies, porches and other covered positions, and should not be fitted where rain falls directly on them. Check the material listed in the specifications above.

How is it fixed on an exterior wall or gate?
Exterior plates are mounted on stainless-steel spacer studs, which hold the plate slightly off the wall so water drains behind it instead of sitting against the surface. Where possible we recommend a position with some shade — under a porch, portico or roof overhang — for the longest life.

LED Lighting — Common Questions

Is the acrylic suitable for outdoor use and rain or sun exposure?
Yes. We use good-quality acrylic, which is UV-stable and does not yellow or turn brittle in sun and rain the way ordinary plastic does. The plate is mounted on stainless-steel spacer studs so air and water drain behind it rather than sitting against the wall. For the longest life we recommend a position with some shade — under a porch, portico or roof overhang — though a fully exposed wall is also fine.

Will the LED and wiring be waterproof and weatherproof?
Yes. We supply IP65 waterproof warm-white LED strip with weather-resistant wiring and sealed joints, running on safe 12V DC low voltage. The adapter is placed in a protected position — inside the wall box, under the porch, or in a weatherproof junction box — as no adapter should hang fully exposed to rain. We advise on placement at the time of installation.

How will the LED power connection be hidden?
The LED strip and wiring sit in the gap behind the name plate, so nothing shows from the front — only the glow. A single low-voltage wire exits discreetly from the rear. Ideally it passes through a small hole drilled in the wall directly behind the plate, so no wire is visible at all; where drilling is not possible we run it down the edge in a slim concealed conduit. Please arrange a 5A power point near the installation area.
