Precision CNC router-cut roof-edge border made from white PVC foam board. Designed for Kerala-style homes, villas, farmhouses, verandas and exterior roof eaves — the decorative thoomanam (thumanam) border that hangs below the clay tiles, usually fitted together with a mugappu gable panel. The solid top mounting band fits directly below the roof tiles while the decorative profile hangs downward.

Pricing is per running foot: select the height (8 or 10 inch) and thickness, enter the total required running feet in the quantity field and review the calculated product amount. Shipping is charged separately where stated.
Measure Before Ordering
- Measure each roof-edge or veranda run in feet.
- Add the required runs to obtain the total running feet.
- Confirm the selected height, thickness and any corner, joint or pattern-continuity requirement.
- The border is supplied in 8 running feet pieces, so a 24 ft run is three pieces joined end to end.
- For custom changes, approve the cutting layout before production.

Fire performance and UV/weather classification depend on the actual board grade and certification.
Care & Delivery
Clean with a soft cloth and mild cleaner; avoid abrasive tools. Long sections may be divided according to sheet, courier or transport limits while maintaining the approved repeating pattern. Dispatch is 1-3 working days after design approval, and delivery is 3-5 working days.
