Approve Your Engraving Before Production
Send these details and we prepare a free design mock-up:
- Your company or institution logo, as PNG, JPG, PDF or AI
- The recipient’s name, spelled exactly as it should appear
- The award title, achievement message and year
- The size you need, and how many pieces
You receive the mock-up on WhatsApp. Production starts only after you approve the spelling, layout and size.

Can I order in bulk for an annual function or award ceremony?
Yes. Bulk orders for annual days, award nights, employee recognition programmes and sports events are welcome. Send us the quantity and we will quote for the full set.
Can each piece carry a different name in a bulk order?
Yes. Every piece can be engraved with a different recipient name and title. Share the list as a WhatsApp message or a spreadsheet and we will set out each one.
How long does it take?
Each award is cut and finished to order after you approve the mock-up. We confirm your dispatch date on WhatsApp once the design is approved and the quantity is final, so you can plan around your event date.
Do you ship across India?
Yes. Awards are packed with protective corners and shipped across India. Share your delivery pincode and your event date when you enquire so we can work back from it.
Materials & Care
- Wipe with a soft, dry microfibre cloth. Avoid water, abrasives and strong chemicals on the wood and the laser-cut edges.
- The dark edges are the natural result of laser cutting through wood, not a coating and not a defect.
- Natural wood grain and shade vary slightly from piece to piece, so every award is unique.
- Keep the award out of prolonged direct sunlight and damp conditions to preserve the finish.
Display & Delivery
The award is designed to stand on a desk, shelf or presentation table — no wall fixing, screws or tools are needed. Each piece is securely packed for transit and shipped across India.
