By using the Bright N Wall® website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

Products & Customisation

• All products are made-to-order and laser-cut with precision at our Ujire workshop.
• Customised products (name boards, custom designs) cannot be cancelled once production has started.
• Colours may slightly vary from screen previews due to monitor calibration differences.
• Product dimensions are approximate ±5mm unless stated otherwise.

Ordering

Orders are confirmed only after payment is received in full. We send WhatsApp/email confirmation within 24 hours of order placement.

Pricing

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice; confirmed orders honour the price at time of purchase.

Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, and content on this website are the property of Bright N Wall®. Reproducing or using our designs without written permission is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

Bright N Wall® is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Karnataka, India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Dakshina Kannada.
